1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Used items, unless they are found to be defective upon delivery, cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason other than damage during delivery, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0701079541 or send a direct message on Instagram to @nidew_store to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like in exchange.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and labels.
Note – Customers have to pay the exchange charge and re-delivery Charge by themselves.
3. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0701079541 or Instagram @nidew_store. We will arrange for the exchange of the damaged item at no additional cost to you. ( Please note that we do not exchange items that damaged after use )
